Regular Contributions or Event Registration Explanations

One-time and recurring donations are handled through our secure online giving system. In order to pay online, please read through these steps before proceeding:

1. For regular contributors to Redeemer Community Church (tax deductible)

  • When you click below on "Proceed to our secure online giving system," this will open a window to our secure service provider (Vanco Services Client) on this same page.
  • On your first visit, you will need to create a log in. [Because this web site is a separate site linked to ours, you must create your own login with them. Thankfully they do not share or use any of your information other than to make sure we have secure transactions.]
  • Once you have created a log in, enter your login and sign in. On the next page, click, "Add Transaction."
  • For giving to the RCC "General Operating" budget, enter the amount.
  • For event or special gifts, enter your amount in the "Purpose Giving" box. Please then write the name of the event or special gift in the text field to the right.
  • Account Options -- choose preferred method of payment. You will then be prompted to enter the appropriate information (that will be stored for any future donations you might wish to make).  Please Note: When you use credit or debit cards, a fee and a percentage of the payment amount are deducted from what you give to the church (but not what is credited to you on your receipt). For large or recurring donations, we encourage you to use the "direct bank transfer" option, which entails no cost at all to the church.
  • Once you are certain of your information, Click "Process." As indicated, your account will be debited once you click "process."
  • You will receive an email confirmation of your donation from "Vanco Services Client" (cs@vancoservices.com).
  • Proceed to our secure online giving system.

2. For Event registration (not tax deductible)

  • When you click below on "Proceed to our secure online giving system," this will open a window to our secure service provider (Vanco Services Client) on this same page.
  • On the Online Donation page: enter the registration fee in the "Purpose Giving" box; tab to the right box and enter the name of the event.
  • For “Donation Frequency” choose “One Time.” Click "Continue"
  • On next page: please fill out Donor Information. (If you will be making additional payments for this event or others, please click “Select Password” to set up a secure and private account with Vanco. Also, checking account is our preferred method of payment; it comes as no cost to the church.)
  • Once you are certain of your information, Click "Process." As indicated, your account will be debited once you click "Process."
  • You will receive an email confirmation of your donation from "Vanco Services Client" (cs@vancoservices.com).
  • If you are registering for an event, we will also send you a confirmation email (within the next two days) confirming the information you submitted. Please contact Pam Barker if you have any questions.
  • Registration fees are not tax-deductible; all other contributions are.
  •  Proceed to our secure online giving system.
